Biography
Mr. Harold Boel is Independent Director of Biomerieux SA since May 30, 2012. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne with an engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering and from the Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He has served as Deputy Director of Sofina, Henex, Suez Environnement Caledonia Investment , Societe de Participations Industrielles and Merieux NutriSciences Corporation, among others.
