Biography
Nathalie Deguisne is the Director of Operations in France. During her time here, Nathalie has helped companies implement national restructuring efforts and support internal mobility processes. She has also managed the Normandy and East regions of France. Before joining BPI group, Nathalie managed an interim staffing agency. During this time, she acquired a strong background in senior executive recruitment and in facilitating career transition.
