Biography
As part of her research, Fabienne Barthelemy is engaged in an exercise in the sociology of knowledge of contemporary worlds of work. It combines a sociology of work, professional groups and organizations in a perspective close to symbolic interactionism and social constructivism. It is concerned more specifically with the processes of emergence, stabilization and professionalization of work activities, called "professions" or "professions" (emerging, hybrid, established) survey: the world of theater and the performing arts economy; the new forms of employment (jobs supported by social mediation and employers' groups). Since 2012, Fabienne Barthélémy has been conducting a research program on the staging of theater and acting. She is interested in the biographical trajectories of the directors, the trainings and schools dedicated to the staging, and more generally to the economy of the performing arts. It is also continuing its analysis of social mediation (produced in its doctoral thesis), which was supported yesterday by the Young Jobs system, and today supported by future and adult-relay contracts. His works show a paradox: the stabilization of social mediators through movement and plasticity.
