Since October 2014 Thesis of sociology in progress: " Diversities in action, A study of the repertoires of collective actions for the promotion of diversity in company " Supervisor: Sophie Dubuisson-Quellier 2014 (2 months) Research assistant for Mirna Safi at the Sociological Observatory of Change, design and implementation of a database to study a positive discrimination program. 2014 Research thesis: "Corporate service provision as a repertoire of contention, the case of a non-profit recruitment agency specialized in underprivileged neighborhoods".
