Biography
Pierre-Eric Tixier's main research in partnership with Corinne Dequecker focuses on the transformation of private and public globalized groups, their strategies for change and social acceptability . The aim of this research is to understand the trajectories and systemic links that may exist between the strategy of the groups, management and social dialogue: - How the different actors of the company redefine themselves in relation to the stakes of markets and how this impacts in the social compromises? - How do the forms and contents of collective bargaining evolve? - What are the forms of de-recomposition and displacement between social dialogue and societal dialogue? - What new regulatory attempts are developed by these groups and the new rationalities that are at work?
