Biography
Dr. Wesche received his MD and his PhD in Pharmacology in 1983 from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and was subsequently certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology in a joint program sponsored by the FDA and Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Before joining Certara, David has worked at the University of Papua New Guinea, WRAIR, Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research, Pfizer Global Research and Development, Ovation Pharmaceuticals, and Lundbeck LLC. Dr. Wesche has been involved with multiple INDs, NDA’s, and sNDA’s in his roles as clinical pharmacologist, translational medicine specialist, and senior medical director.
