Francine Heng

Biography

 Francine Heng has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 12 years. She holds a BSc degree in Biochemistry and RQAP-GLP credentials. Before joining Certara, she worked in a nonclinical testing facility as a Quality Assurance Auditor where she acquired experience in DMPK, immunochemistry, general toxicology, genetic toxicology, analytical chemistry and PK/TK. Since joining Certara in 2007, first as a Quality Assurance Inspector and later Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, Francine has played a key role in maintaining the high quality of client deliverables. Her responsibilities include ensuring conforming to industry regulations, guidelines and internal policies and standard operating procedures, and hosting client audits. In her spare time, Francine enjoys cooking/baking, biking and spending time with her family and friends.
