Biography
Patrick Wong has served as Vice President and General Counsel for Cloudmark since 2014 and oversees worldwide legal matters including all intellectual property, corporate, litigation and licensing activities. Patrick has over 18 years of legal experience in both the law firm and in-house legal environments. From 2006 to 2013, he served as Legal Director, Corporate at Dolby Laboratories, Inc., where he was the lead attorney for Dolby’s product sales group and also provided legal support in several mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to Dolby, Patrick was the Associate General Counsel from 2001 to 2005 at Digital Impact, a public email marketing company. Patrick is a certified public accountant (inactive status), and holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley.
