Biography
He is neurologist and currently working on ntellectual disability is defined as a total IQ of less than 70, associated with a deficit in conceptual, social and practical skills that occurs before the age of 18. The etiologies are numerous and include genetic factors and environmental factors influencing brain development and pre- and postnatal functioning of the brain. Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities account for about 40-50% of moderate or severe intellectual impairments (IQ <50). His many articles has been published in different journals related to neurology.
