Biography
Frédérique is responsible for building and monitoring projects’ structures as well as coordinating project managers. Prior to joining Crossject, she was in charge of structuring project-based management at Recipharm combining the introduction of new products, equipment installation, and more generally projects concerning organization and workflow optimization. She also worked for Fournier Laboratories as Head of Quality Control Laboratories and at PCAS as Head of Quality Control. Frédérique graduated as an engineer from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen.
