Jeanne Lubek

Biography

Ms. Lubek is a Director in NERA's Global Energy, Environment, Communications & Infrastructure Practice based in Paris. She has more than 14 years' experience in strategy and economic consulting, and is an expert in environmental, telecommunications, competition, transport, and international regulation. She has advised clients in a range of sectors, including energy, financial services, telecommunications, building materials industry, media, and construction. Ms. Lubek has extensive experience in European carbon emissions regulation, and has helped the European Commission as well as large industries in analyzing their risk of carbon leakage.  She has also assisted large utilities with defining medium- and long-term strategy as well as with measuring the future social impact of their actions. In addition, Ms. Lubek has provided economic analysis on the nuclear sector and alternative energies throughout Europe.
