Biography
Anne Fagot-Largeault was (for the period 1998-2000) a member of the Institut Universitaire de France, a professor at the University of Paris-I (philosophy), and a specialist doctor attached to the Public Assistance of Paris (Créteil, Hospital Henri Mondor, psychiatry). She was appointed to the Collège de France from May 2000 (decree of 29 July 2000). In February-March 1998 she was Visiting Professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Chaïm Perelman Chair). At the University of Paris-I, she was Director of the IHPST (Institute of History and Philosophy of Science and Technology), and Head of the DEA of History and Philosophy of Science (Doctoral School of Philosophy: ED 280 ).
