Biography
PÉRY Alexandre Director of the ABIES Doctoral School, researcher in modeling applied to ecotoxicology.
Research Interest
My scientific themes are the development of toxicokinetic and effect models to describe, and possibly predict, the distribution of xenobiotics in organisms and their effects on several levels of biological organization, from cells to populations. To achieve this, I seek to account for the mechanisms of accumulation, distribution and elimination of molecules by physiologically based models. The effects are also analyzed using mechanistic models (DEB models (Dynamic Energy Budgets) at the individual level, people-centered models at the population level). My organisms of interest are invertebrates (terrestrial and aquatic) and fish.
