Biography
Raphaëlle Nollez-Goldbach is Director of Studies Law and Public Administration at École Normale Supérieure. In charge of research at the CNRS, she teaches public international law, international criminal law and international relations at ENS and Universities Paris Dauphine and Paris Diderot. With Florian Couveinhes, she has created ENS International Law Days , held every year since 2014. Raphaëlle Nollez-Goldbach is head of the International Law Association's "International Procedure" French Committee and the "New threats" research group. to international peace and security "of the ENS Geopolitics of Risk Chair.
