Biography
Roland Béhar, alumni of the ENS, is a Spanish associate, doctor in Romance studies, and is a lecturer in the LILA department. He teaches translation and Hispanic literature, especially from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Before teaching at ENS, he was a scientific member of the EHEHI - Casa de Velázquez (Madrid), then a lecturer at the University of Lille.
Research Interest
His work focuses on the Renaissance in the Iberian Peninsula, in its relationship with the Italian model and its influence, until the seventeenth century, Europe and America. However, he does not forbid some incursions into the more recent Latin-American literature.
