Biography
Professor Fasterling is a full time faculty member who joined Edhec Business School as a law professor in 2003. He teaches courses in business ethics, contract law, European law, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. He also teaches an MBA course in international legal risk management. His research and publications focus on ethics and compliance management in companies, and more recently on business and human rights. Prior to joining EDHEC, professor Fasterling worked as a German lawyer in the Berlin office of the law firm WilmerHale and practised in the fields of corporate law, international commercial transactions, and international arbitration.
