Biography
Professor Frédéric Herbin has a great expertise in Corporate Finance. For the moment his thought is turned towards the analysis of the links between Value Creation and Corporate decisions, a deep field of investigations which is concerned not only with corporate restructuring but also with new and topical subjects like corporate governance or financial communication. This will lead in the near future to publications and the design of a new teaching module.
