Biography
In my research, I seek to understand antecedents, consequences, and mechanisms involved in interpersonal relationships at work. Additionally, I often examine these complex interpersonal relationships from a cross-cultural perspective. In carrying out my research, I employ various methods such as (multi-level) field studies, social network analysis, and archival data.
