Biography
Sabine Ruaud is a Professor in the Marketing Department where she is involved in a wide variety of teaching activities for Bachelor, Postgraduate and Executive programs. Her main academic research interest is focused on customer relationship management. Her works have been presented at American, Asian, European and French conferences and published in academic journals. She is the author of a book entitled "Le marketing relationnel : nouvelle donne du marketing" (Numilog) which received the Prize of Excellence in the Management Category from the Edhec Foundation. She has also co-authored many pedagogical books: "La couleur au cœur de la stratégie marketing" (De Boeck) awarded medals by the Academy of Commercial Sciences and by the FNEGE, "Analyse de marché" (5 th edition, Vuibert), "Gestion de la marque locale et internationale" (Numilog), "Le packaging" (Numilog) and "Cas d’analyse des données en marketing" (Tec&Doc). Moreover, she teams up closely with companies to lead new projects to increase their strategic success and competitive effectiveness. Based on this work, she has developed great expertise in the area of the creation of pedagogical case studies and their use for enriching students’ learning experience. They have been published in leading business texts and several of them have been nominated or won awards at French and international conferences. She also holds various managerial positions in the school.
