  Current Egis previous Atos , Arjowiggins Security , Valeo Education University of Panthéon Assas (Paris II)   International Legal Director (trilingual French - German - English), French and German lawyer. Experience of more than ten years in legal affairs within large groups. Member of the Executive Committee. Team management and change management. Chief Legal Officer of the CEO of Arjowiggins Security (manufacturing and marketing of security papers and solutions), member of the Executive Committee. Design and deployment of a compliance program to prevent the risk of corruption. Creation and management of the Legal Department to support the company's activity, with a dominant international contracting activity (Europe, Asia and Latin America in particular). Actions for standardization and implementation of processes. Piloting of M & A projects worldwide.
