Biography
I teach courses in entrepreneurship, organization and HRM on the Casablanca campus. I conduct research and supervise several PhD theses on topics including entrepreneurship in developing countries, the creation and diffusion of "hybrid" organizational forms resulting from social and cooperative entrepreneurship, and cross-sector partnerships. My work has been published in journals such as Organization Studies, the Journal of Business Ethics, the British Journal of Industrial Relations and the International Small Business Journal.
