Biography
Françoise DANY is a specialist of career theory and the employment relationship evolutions. Her research led her to study resistance phenomena in organisations and alternative management practices. She also developed a critical approach to Human Resources. She has been in charge for France of the International Observatory of Human Resource Management practices (cranet). She created EMLYON research center, OCE. She has been elected as associate dean for faculty in 2012. She is a professor doing consultancy and action research.
