Marie-Rachel JACOB ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN STRATEGIC & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Management, Law and Human Resources PhD in management, Marie-Rachel teaches strategic management & HRM. She carries out her research at oce research center. She is interested in the collaboration between regular employees and external workers in the workplace. Her current projects study the role of managers in the workers' participation in the workplace for both permanent employees and temporary workers.
