Philippe MARILLAT DES MERCIERES PROFESSOR IN FINANCE Economics, Finance, Control After 12 years of experience in a leading consulting firm in the Mergers & Acquisition department, he joined EM LYON Business School in 1999. His area of expertise covers Private Equity , international M&A, hospitality industry and real estate. He is a non executive Director of several organization, former member of the Lyon city council.
