Biography
I am Associate Professor at ESSEC Business School. I also have benefited from teaching students at the Sorbonne University, Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), Louvain School of Management (LSM, Belgium), Vysoka skola ekonomicka v Praze (Czech Republic), CFVG (Vietnam), MDI (Algeria) and in many other French universities. My current research projects explore luxury brand management and luxury retailing. In particular, they analyze the management of heritage brands, human brands, and consumer experience. I am also doing research on materiality and visual methodologies. My research has been published in many books and academic journals including the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Retailing, Consumption Markets & Culture, International Journal of Service Industry Management, Décision Marketing, Recherche et Applications Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, etc. I hold a PhD from the University of Rennes and a Habilitation from the Sorbonne University (2012).
