Mollie Hawkes

Biography

Mollie Hawkes serves as Managing Director of Investor Relations and Communications at FTI Consulting. Ms. Hawkes leads the efforts to deliver transparent, consistent and integrated messages to all of FTI Consulting’s stakeholders. In her role, Ms. Hawkes is responsible for overseeing all areas of communication, including investor relations, corporate communications and internal communications and serves as a communications liaison between FTI Consulting’s business segments, geographies and corporate functions. Ms. Hawkes has managed strategic financial communications programs for clients in the professional services, industrial, chemical, financial services, telecom, retail, media, publishing and entertainment sectors. In addition, Ms. Hawkes has advised on high-profile M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and bankruptcies. Ms. Hawkes’ broad communications expertise includes proxy communications, shareholder activism, succession planning, debt refinancing and crisis communications. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2008, Ms. Hawkes was an Account Executive at The Blueshirt Group, a leading investor relations, financial communications, financial media relations and crisis management firm. Previously, Ms. Hawkes managed investor relations programs at Brainerd Communicators, an investor relations agency specializing in financial, public, media, and crisis relations for U.S. and international companies.
