Ronald Reno

Biography

Ronald Reno has been Vice President and Treasurer of FTI Consulting, Inc. since August of 2007. Mr. Reno brings extensive international financial operating experience to the Company having served in corporate treasurer, group and business unit controller roles for large-scale public international companies. Mr. Reno’s treasury expertise includes debt refinancing, cash, investment and debt management in international enterprises. He also has extensive operational experience in establishing accounting and management accounting controls in a decentralized international business environment. Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Reno was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of NYSE-listed SITEL Corporation, a $1.2 billion global provider of onshore and offshore business processing outsourcing services. During his three years with SITEL, Mr. Reno successfully refinanced the company’s corporate debt and designed and implemented an innovative and effective investment evaluation and contract pricing methodology that contributed to SITEL’s significant improvement in profitability during the period of very rapid revenue growth. SITEL was sold to a private company in 2007. Mr. Reno spent 23 years with Schlumberger Ltd., the world’s leading oilfield service company, including assignments in Atlanta, Paris, New York, Southern California, The Hague and Houston. His reputation was that of a strong financial generalist reflected in a long record of success in challenging domestic and international assignments in both treasury and controller positions at several of Schlumberger’s business segments and at its headquarters. Mr. Reno is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting and a MBA from Georgia State University.
