Biography
Niklas Zennstrom has been Independent Director of H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB since April 29, 2014. He is CEO of venture capital company Atomico and involved in Zennstrom Philanthropies. He is also Member of the board of Farmdrop Rovio, Atomico, Zennstrom Philanthropies, Lilium and Orbital Systems. He holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Engineering Physics from Uppsala University. He Co-founded companies including venture capital company Atomico, IP telephony company Skype, file sharing service Kazaa and internet video service Joost. He was Director of Internet Services at Tele2 Europe ASA (1997-2000), Chief Executive Officer of Kazaa (2000-2002), Chief Executive Officer of Joltid (2001-2003), and Chief Executive Officer of Skype (2002-2007), among others.
