Biography
Dr. Peter Engeser, born in 1954, studied human medicine in Brussels, Hanover, Heidelberg and Tübingen from 1976 to 1982. From 1982 to 1987 he completed the further education general medicine and since 1987 as a practiced physician active in his own practice. Since 1996, Dr. Engeer Lehrbeauftragter and since 2006 lecturer coordinator for general medicine at the University of Heidelberg. Dr. Engeser acquired the additional qualifications palliative medicine (2003) and environmental medicine (2005). Since 2005 he has been working in a community practice with Dr. Gabriele Schächinger. Dr. Engeser is the spokesman of the Department of Supply for the German Society for General Medicine and Family Medicine and the Palliative Medicine Working Group.
