Biography
Stefan Nöst has been trained as a nurse at the Orthopedic University Clinic Heidelberg. He studied sociology at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, focusing on organizational sociology and services. He also completed the additional course "Professionalization in Organization and Personnel Development" (POP) at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mannheim. Stefan Nöst worked parallel to his studies as a seminar assistent at the Institute for Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch and worked following an interim activity as a nursing service in the function of personnel and quality developer of an outpatient nursing service. From 2009 to 2011, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Social Research and Social Economy (iso) in Saarbrücken, a. in the BMBF metaproject "Technology and Services in Demographic Change" and dealt with questions of the development of personal services and the topic of technology acceptance of new technologies by outpatient care providers. Since September 2011 he has been a research assistant at the Department of General Medicine and Care Research at Heidelberg University Hospital.
