Biography
Thomas Ledig, born in 1954, studied medicine in Hohenheim and Freiburg, graduation in 1980. Continuing education in surgery, anesthesia, gynecology and internal medicine; Development Service in South Sudan and Zimbabwe from 1984 to 87; Recognition as a general practitioner in 1989. He has been working as a general practitioner since 1990 and has been actively involved in general medical research projects since 1994. Since 2003, Mr. Ledig has been a lecturer in the Department of General Medicine in Heidelberg. Since 2007 he is a research assistant in teaching co-ordination.
