Biography
Nicolas DELAUNAY is an expert in the management of pharmaceutical development of gene-therapy products, and joined HORAMA in November 2016. During his 13-year tenure at Genethon, Nicolas helped implement the company’s pharmaceutical quality system. He subsequently assumed the responsibility of Quality Manager as Deputy Chief Pharmacy Officer, where he oversaw the certification of batches of experimental gene-therapy products (ATMP). Before joining HORAMA, Nicolas spent one year at the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Product Safety (ANSM) as a Clinical Evaluator in ophthalmology. Nicolas has a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Paris XI and holds two Master’s Degrees; one in Quality Control and Assurance for gene and cell therapy products and one in Public Health, with a major in Health Economics.
