Dr Andre Ulmann

Biography

 Dr. André Ulmann, M.D., Ph.D. founded Laboratoire HRA Pharma in 1996 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to April 2009. Dr. Ulmann served as Head of Therapeutic Domain Bone Diseases and Medical Director at Hoechst-Marion-Roussel. He served as the Chairman of the Board of HRA Pharma, SA since April 2009 until March 6, 2017 and has been its Director since 2007. He served as Non Executive Chairman of Onxeo SA (also known BioAlliance Pharma) from April 2010 to June 29, 2011 and served as its Non Executive Director since 2007 until June 29, 2011. He serves as a Director of AptamiR Therapeutics, Inc. He served as a Director of Flamel Technologies SA. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board of BioAlliance Pharma from October 21, 2009 to April 2010. Mr. Ulmann holds M.D. degree from the University of Paris VII and his Ph.D. in science from the University of Paris V.
