Biography
Professor- Elementary Particle Physics , Ph.D., Cornell University, the awards and honors he have Jefferson Science Associates Sabbatical Fellowship , Trustees’ Award for Undergraduate Instruction , Konopinski Award for Outstanding Teaching. The membership in Member of the DOE Office of Nuclear Physics Committee of Visitors, Member of the Long Range Planning Committee for Nuclear Physics , Member of the Review Committee for LQCD-ext and LQCD/ARRA Projects , Member of the Nuclear Science Advisory Committee.
Research Interest
Our group has focused on studying the spectrum of light quark mesons using data that are being collected at the BESIII experiment in at the Institute for High Energy Physics in Beijing. and the GlueX experiment at Jefferson Lab.
