Biography
Professor-Materials Physics/Condensed Matter,Ph.D., University of Maryland, College Park, Currently working as a professor, faculty and researcher in Indiana University. Has won many Awards, Has many publications and currently undergoing research under his guidance.
Research Interest
My research is focused on the controlled synthesis and nano-scale measurement of novel nanostructured materials. The material systems that I am currently interested in include correlated oxides and topological insulators. I use pulsed laser deposition to fabricate thin films and planar heterostructures, and chemical vapor deposition to grow 1D nanowires and 2D nanoplatelets.
