Dehaene Stanislas

Biography

Stanislas Dehaene, a normalien, joined Inserm in 1989 as a research fellow. Director of Inserm research from 1997 to 2005, he is currently the Chair of Experimental Cognitive Psychology at the Collège de France. Since 2002, Stanislas Dehaene has been Director of the Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit (Inserm-Cea) at the Frédéric Joliot Hospital Service in Orsay. He has been a member of the Academy of Sciences since 2005 and is also an editorial advisor to several journals, including the journal PLOS Biology and the journal Neuroimage, a member of the Steering Committee of the ANR Neuroscience Program and the Council of the International Association for the Study of Attention and Performance.
