Biography
Valentine Murigneux received her engineer diploma in Bioinformatics and Modelling from the INSA Lyon (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) in 2010. She then worked three years at the Institut de Biologie de l’Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris in Hervé Le Hir ’s research unit, where she was in charge of next-generation sequencing data analysis (CLIP-seq, RNA-seq). She joined the Institut Pasteur in 2013 in the laboratory of Ludovic Deriano to work on cancer genomics projects involving the analysis of whole-genome sequencing and RNA-sequencing data.
