Paris 7) Title : « Magmatic fluids and volcano dynamics » . 2003 PhD (Volcanology; Petrology) at the Earth Sciences Department of Pisa University, Italy. Title: “The transitional dynamics of sustained plinian eruptions” (Supervisors: Prof. M. ROSI and Dr. A. NERI). 1998 Master degree in Earth Sciences at Pisa University, Italy. Main thesis in volcanology: “The dynamics of pyroclastic currents in the 1991 climactic eruption of Mt: Pinatubo (Philippines)” (Supervisor: Prof. M. ROSI) Minor thesis in petrology: “The minerals of the sodalite group in the haüynophyre of Melfi (PZ)” (Supervisor: Dr. E. BONACCORSI).
