Biography
Ms. Platsis is senior vice president of corporate development. She joined Integra in 2003 and is responsible for the identification, execution and integration of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. Platsis worked in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch and practiced law in the corporate departments of Latham & Watkins and GoodSmith, Gregg & Unruh. Ms. Platsis completed her bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Michigan and juris doctor degree at the University of Michigan Law School. She received her M.B.A from the University of Chicago.
