Yann Gaston-mathé, M.s.

Biography

 Mr. Gaston-Mathé is a seasoned Pharma R&D professional, strategy consultant and biotech entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in pharma and in strategy consulting. Mr. Gaston-Mathé has held several senior management functions in R&D at Servier and Ipsen, where he was in charge of R&D strategy between 2009 and 2012. In this role, he was instrumental in the realignment of Ipsen’s research strategy and projects portfolio, the design of an effective project management framework and R&D governance, and the restructuring of Ipsen R&D organization. As a strategy consultant, Mr. Gaston-Mathé performed numerous strategic reviews, due diligences, and organization reviews for many life science/healthcare companies. He is also an accomplished data scientist and biostatistician having personally supervised several data-driven research projects and being inventor of a gene signature patent in oncology and author of several scientific articles and posters in that field. From 2012 until joining IntegraGen, Mr. Gaston-Mathé pursued several biotech start-up projects which focused on oncology and developed a significant experience in early stage venture development, preclinical and clinical development project planning, partnership, in-licensing, and fund raising. Mr. Gaston-Mathé holds a MS Degree from Ecole Polytechnique and a MS Degree in genetics from AgroParisTech.
