Biography
Andre Maciel is the Head of U.S. Commercial Finance for The Kraft Heinz Company. He is responsible for U.S. budget and business planning, zero based budgeting, revenue management and integration. Andre joined Heinz in 2013 as the Global Leader of Budget and Business Planning, ZBB and Revenue Management. Prior to joining Heinz, Andre worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev, McKinsey and Accenture. Andre has extensive international experience, having worked for more in ten different countries over the past 15 years and has worked in four post-merger integrations. At Anheuser-Busch, Andre was responsible for revenue management, marketing ROI, commercial analytics and ZBB. Andre received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Escola Politecnica da Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
