Mackey J. Mcdonald

Biography

            Mr. McDonald was appointed to The Kraft Heinz Company board of directors effective July 2015 and previously served on the Kraft board from October 2012 to July 2015. Mr. McDonald has served as a Senior Advisor to Crestview Partners, a private equity firm, since 2008. Prior to that, he served at VF Corporation, an apparel manufacturer, as Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2008 and as President from 1993 to 1996. Mr. McDonald also served at VF Corporation as a director from 1993 to 1998 and as Chairman of the Board from 1998 to 2008. Mr. McDonald currently serves as a director of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and was formerly a director of MondelÄ“z International and Wells Fargo & Company.
