Biography
Professor at the University of Nice Sophia - Antipolis, he directs the Research Master in Ge of the Institute of Business Administration. He has held the positions of international organizations within the Francophone Accounting Association (AFC), national coordinator then general secretary within the commit executive tee of the European Accounting Association (EAA). He is a member of the national jury of public accounting and of the editorial board of the magazine Accounting Audit. Doctor and associate in Management Sciences, he made numerous stays in the univ ersities to study accounting standards processes and professional institutions. He is a member of the GRM Management Research Group - EA 1147 of the University of Nice. His research work on the governance of business and financial communication. He was posted at the University of Lille 2 and at the University of Nice. Heavily involved in academic institution, national committee, central councils, he created and directed several trainings in France and t internationally.
