Biography
Mr. Joseph A. Del Buono, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Adare Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 26, 2015. Prior to joining Adare, Mr. Del Buono served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aphena Pharma Solutions, Inc. until January 7, 2016 and served as its Corporate Vice President. Prior to Aphena, he held various progressive senior finance positions at Alpharma, Inc., King Pharmaceuticals/Pfizer, Sun Chemical Corporation, and Schering-Plough Corporation. He served as a Treasurer of Zoetis Products LLC. He began his career in the Audit and Business Advisory Practice of Arthur Andersen & Co., in New York City. He has over 32 years of broad-based domestic and international experience in complex and competitive business environments and has been in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries for approximately 20 years. He received his BA in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
