Head of Microbiology & Co-founder Ph. D., WPI/WFEB, Inc., USA. Over 40 years’ microbiology & natural products experience. Previous roles included Head of Industrial Microbiology, Sigma-Tau Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite S. p. A.; Staff Scientist, Dept. of Oral Microbiology and Basic Immunology, University of Zürich School of Dentistry; and Group Leader, Microbiology, Basilea Pharmaceutical International AG. Author of over 60 publications, editor of two books, inventor on eight patents, and emeritus member of the Society for Industrial Microbiology.
