Biography
Danièle Batude has a double legal and financial training and has worked for more than 15 years as a signatory auditor in international listed groups while performing one-off assignments.This experience, his practice of French and international accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP) and his knowledge of business law led him to devote today most of his activity in the following areas: transfer of businesses ( due diligence on acquisition and disposal); assistance in litigation or pre-litigation settlement as an independent expert, arbitrator or expert party.
