Biography
Frédéric Clairet joined Mazars in 2015 to take part in the creation of the M & A service line within the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) department of the Lyon office, where he advises entrepreneurs, asset managers, major groups and financial investors in all stages of their merger, acquisition, transfer and fundraising projects. After a first three years experience in Audit at Mazars in Lyon, Frédéric joined Deloitte Finance's Transaction Services department in Lyon, where he conducted due diligence (VDD and Buy-side) missions in France and abroad for the industrial and financial clients. Frédéric then joined Deloitte Finance's M & A teams in Lyon from 2004 to 2006, followed by Oddo Corporate Finance's M & A teams in Paris in 2006 before returning to Deloitte Finance in Lyon in 2007. He advised more than sixty disposal transactions , acquisition or fund raising.
