Biography
Herve Rousseau is a partner in the corporate financial restructuring activity within the Financial Advisory Services department of Mazars. Hervé has developed expertise in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and financial modeling. He advises investment funds in managing their troubled shareholding or in the takeover of companies at the bar of the court. A graduate of the Bordeaux Business School and the University of Aalborg (Denmark), Hervé holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Law. Formerly a partner in a reversal fund, Hervé has more than 20 years of professional experience in the world of consulting and investment.
