Jacques Giard

Biography

Jacques Giard, Partner, specializes in Due Diligence  and heads our Transaction Advisory Services business line within the Mazars Group. His career began with 6 years at Ernst & Young in Paris then New York, where he then joined Mazars. His experience in the United States includes 11 years in total, marked by the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) before returning to France in 2008. He is also a graduate of EDHEC and DESCF. Because of his international career, Jacques Giard is involved in numerous international transactions, often strategic in size or location. His recent experience includes major industrial disengagement in Europe by large Anglo-Saxon groups, as well as multiple acquisitions in complex situations (target organizations in difficulty, operations in emerging areas, etc.).
