Matthieu Boyé

Biography

Matthew Boye joined Mazars in 2009 to participate in the strengthening of the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) line of business within the Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting business,  where he co-facilitated a team dedicated in France to assist managers, corporate, wealth companies, major groups and capital investors in all stages of their merger, acquisition, disposal and fundraising. After a first experience at the Banque de France, Matthieu joined the Evaluation team at KPMG CF where he mainly conducted missions for major groups (acquisitions, reorganizations, strategic reviews, etc.). Matthieu then joined KPMG CF's M & A teams in charge of the Consumer Market segment, where he conducted numerous assignments, acquisitions and fundraising. Matthieu has recognized expertise in the conduct of M & A missions in French and international contexts, which require combining different know-how such as strategic analysis and business analysis, valuation, process management, negotiation, fundraising, etc.
